In 1987 her family moved to Aspen, Colorado where her love affair with natures designs took hold. She spent her early college years in Denver and Boulder, CO, before relocating to NYC in 2003. She learned sculpture art techniques at The Modern Art Foundry, Queens NY, prior to attending the Fashion Institute of Technology where she earned a degree in Jewelry Design and Gemology.
